As one of the UK’s leading asset management companies, FI Real Estate Management are in the process of reinventing the Botany Bay site to be an innovative mixed use development with a designer outlet village at its heart.

Red-Fern Media were chosen from a list of high profile, London & Manchester digital agencies to be the digital partner of FI Real Estate Management.

Working alongside their internal marketing team the brief was to develop a strategic high-level design, that would not only showcase the former Victorian cotton mill, its history and location, but deliver the vision for the development, showcase a stunning, complementary take on heritage and architecture.

Positioning Botany Bay as the go-to destination for fashion, restaurants, lifestyle and families.

With a focus on delivering a website that positioned Botany Bay as a high-end brand and lifestyle destination, the decision was taken to develop a strategic design with user-interaction, animation, history and brand focus.

Immersing visitors in the user experience as soon as the site loads, Red-fern Media and the FI Real Estate Managment marketing team worked tirelessly to deliver a fully animated site with high-level design and brand reinforcement.
