Boasting a full content management system and fully mobile ready design, the website has increased their natural google rankings to position #1 on google, for some very competitive keywords. With the new layout and easy to use navigation, Red-Fern Media analysed the decision process and buying habits of Equestrian Surfaces customers, to understand how we could increase leads through the website.
After creating buyer personas, and understanding how decisions were made we employed a popular inbound marketing tactic, of creating a 'Free ebook' for potential customers to download which would increase lead generation. This ebook would give prospective customers the 'Top 10 Tips' they should look for before purchasing their horse arena and surface, in exchange for their email address, first and last name.
By developing trust with the customer and offering free advice, we were able to increase the number of leads made through the website from 5 per week to around 15-20.
By developing workflows each time the free ebook is downloaded and the site capturing the users details, Red-Fern Media will continue to work with their internal marketing team to nurture and convert many more leads.
