The Brief
As a leading international headhunting and senior executive recruitment company, EMA Partner, Executive Headhunters had been in discussions with several leading UK agencies for around six months, discussing strategies, processes and Inbound Marketing solutions before selecting Red-Fern Media as their digital partner.
The discussions centred around how to replace their existing website, whilst keeping their search engine rankings, Google Adwords campaigns and lead generation working, but at the same time develop new Inbound Marketing strategies with HubSpot and launch a new website for increased visitors, leads and conversions.
Executive Headhunters explained they would be employing an internal content writer and Red-Fern Media would develop working processes and strategies to align with the new internal marketing team.

The Website
The new website had to be centred around increasing website visitors with strategic and seo optimised content, which would then generate leads from the increase in traffic. The decision was taken to develop a website that not only had an engaging user experience but delivered targeted content, that engaged and delighted the target audience.
Striking a balance between attracting new clients who are looking to fill senior and executive roles and collecting potential candidates, the new website immediately displays some of the large bluechip companies Executive Headhunters works with and displays live senior roles available, addressing both of the project goals.
We developed several prototypes that went through a strict design approval process before we agreed on the direction for the project. Fully optimised for desktop, tablets and smartphones the user experience delivers an engaging and informative journey for the services and information available.

Inbound Marketing Strategy
As a fully certified HubSpot partner agency, Red-Fern Media are now working with Executive Headhunters to develop a long-term inbound marketing strategy.
With detailed keyword, industry and content research, planning and development of fully optimised inbound marketing funnels that engage and nurture Executive Headhunters target audience through to customers for the sales team to action, we are continuing with a full twelve-month marketing strategy.
Using HubSpot as the key tool to develop a fully automated marketing strategy, we delivered a 20% increase in leads within the first two months by developing specific lead generation and lead flow techniques.
