Business insights, strategy and content development
Red-Fern began the project with a series of insight sessions conducted at REPL’s headquarters in Henley-in-Arden near Birmingham.
Facilitated by the senior Red-Fern Media team, these meetings enabled a deep understanding of REPL’s objectives for the project, its bearing on wider marketing plans and how to structure the strategy and delivery team.
The insight sessions also helped to defined the target audience and develop the design style, tone of voice and goals for the website.
Connection and collaboration
With a global structure and key project members in the USA, a collaborative approach was quickly established between Red-Fern and REPL.
Working alongside REPL’s marketing and C-suite teams, we developed working processes and a project structure that allowed the project to run effectively.
The Red-Fern team for this project included a project manager, front-end UI designer, backend developer and two professional content writers.
While our front-end designers developed several prototypes, the project strategist and content team defined the site structure and a tone of voice that would ensure the website achieved the project goals.

Every page of the website had a strategic design and development process, making sure the content and design complimented each other while giving visitors an engaging and informative experience.
With specific lead generation techniques incorporated into the format, design and copy, and Salesforce Pardot integrated into the back-end, the website was optimised to drive traffic and generate leads for the next stage of REPL’s global business strategy.
