A world-leading consultancy and technology group specialising in workforce management, supply chain, point of sale and in-store digital solutions, REPL had been in discussions with leading UK agencies in all the major cities. Red-Fern Media was chosen as its digital partner after several meetings and discussions with REPL’s global marketing team.
The project brief centred around redesigning and developing the REPL website to reposition the business as leader in global technology.
We ran several insight meetings to begin the journey of understanding how the team at REPL perceived their business and what target audience they wanted to be engaging with.
These meetings enabled Red-Fern Media to present a project strategy and assign a team that included a project manager, front-end UI designer, backend developer and two professional content writers.

Business insights, strategy and content development
Once REPL and Red-Fern Media had agreed on the initial structure, responsibilities and roles of the project teams, we developed and ran full business insight sessions at REPL’s headquarters, in Henley-in-Arden near Birmingham.
With a global structure and key project members in the USA, these sessions were strategically conducted by the Red-Fern Media team to discover, understand and develop the design style, tone of voice and goals of the final website.
Working alongside the marketing and C-suite team at REPL, we developed working processes and a project structure that allowed the project to develop.
While our front-end designers developed several prototypes, the project strategist and content team were busy defining the site structure and tone of voice that would ultimately deliver a website that matched the goals of the global business.
The new website had to reflect the REPL brand and their position as a world leading technology company.
Every page of the website had a strategic design and development process, making sure the content, tone of voice and design complimented each other while giving visitors an engaging and informative experience.
With specific lead generation techniques incorporated into the format, design and copy, and SalesForce Pardot integrated into the back-end, the website was optimised to drive traffic and generate leads for the next stage of REPL’s global business strategy.
