It’s been hard to keep this one under wraps - we’re all extremely excited about Project 9 at Red-Fern. Now it’s time to share that excitement and everything that we’ve been working tirelessly on behind the scenes.

What is Project 9?
In a nutshell, we’re packing up the Red-Fern HQ and moving to another location! But Project 9 isn’t your ordinary office move - oh no - we’re moving from our current home and investing in a new destination for our brand, clients, events and more to all come together under one roof. We firmly believe that it’s important to delight our partners in everything we do - and this is just a further example of that.
Project 9 is just another way that Red-Fern is building for the future. We’re expanding and are constantly on the lookout for fresh talent and like-minded people to join our knowledgeable team. A new destination will only help us continue to attract the very best people and welcome onboard new experts to help strengthen each department.
A new destination and a fresh mindset spark creativity and innovation - and that’s exactly what Project 9 is about. We already pride ourselves on the work carried out for our partners, but creating a new destination that inspires growth and industry-leading quality will surely only improve our standards - right?

Project 9 is going to revolutionise the way that Red-Fern works. And that’s not the best bit either. It’s as much for our digital partners as it is for our personal brand - if not more. Strengthened partner relationships, an inspiring hub of innovation and creativity and a state of the art destination for our brand, clients and events can be guaranteed.

While regular office moves are seen as self-investment - this is an operational shift like no other. We’re investing in our own facilities to help aid the growth of all of our current and potential digital partners.
Why Project 9? What’s the thought behind it?
Project 9 isn’t your regular name for the launch of a new headquarters, is it? Correct - because this isn’t any ordinary office move. As we’ve mentioned, this is an investment into a shared destination for Red-Fern, our partners and an event space too - amongst plenty of other things. So, where did the name come from?
If you’re expecting a backstory into a meaningful campaign name, you’re in the wrong place. However, if you’re looking for a heartfelt story as to where we’re moving and why - you’ll have to wait a little longer. Project 9 is so simple, yet it works so well. The unit of the converted mill we’re moving to is unit 9. Plus, we’re aiming to be in there in September - the ninth month. So, there you have it, the birth of Project 9 - we told you it wasn’t rocket science.
The thought behind creating a new destination, rather than just moving office, is a further stamp on one of our core values - always delighting our partners. Sure, we could move office and spend a fortune on making it look cool and innovative, but what are our partners getting out of that? We’ve seen too many agencies within the industry dressing up their new office move, while forgetting about their partners - a cardinal sin.
How it’s guaranteed to add value to our digital partners
The new destination is a place where partners can come together and meet our expert team easily - in a mightily impressive new facility. You’ll be able to see what we’re all about and how much we’ve invested in ourselves, so that we can be the best agency in the industry to meet individual needs and requirements.
The destination is also a space for industry events. Whether that’s led by ourselves, or we invite like-minded businesses to come in and host events, we’ll have our partners all under the same roof, willing to learn more about the work that we’re carrying out. Plus, it’s a good chance for our partners to familiarise themselves with the team, industry thought leaders and each other too.
Lastly, who would you rather trust to achieve your goals… an agency in a bog-standard, uninspiring office?
