As a new business StafCo had an existing website and underperforming brand. Whilst the original site was a good start for the launch of the business, it soon became apparent that this did not align itself with the reputation, quality and quick growth the business had acquired.

Based on the client brief and customer research, we developed a range of brand ideas to encompass the business, products, their artisan coffee and brand values. Various ideas were presented with the thought process and vision of each design being detailed.
Through a process of research, discussion and elimination the final brands were approved.
With strong logos for both the business and own coffee brand, Red-Fern Media were able to move forward and develop all the digital and printed assets required to deliver a strong business growth strategy.
To further enhance the brand and focus on the sales of high-end commercial and home coffee machines, plus accessories and artisan coffee. Red-Fern Media delivered a slick, easy-to-use, fully mobile ready website. With points-of-sale, search and filter options, users can easily find the products they are looking for, add them to their basket and purchase within three clicks.
The website is integrated into the bespoke CRM and ordering system Red-Fern Media have developed, making for a seamless management, purchasing, despatch and customer retention system.
As the website started to take orders, Red-Fern Media have optimised Stafco's Google Adwords account to increase traffic & customers. We have installed website tracking software to delve into how customers are using and reacting on the website, to further develop pages, product offerings and increase orders.
With a long-term business goal in place, Red-Fern Media are working closely with Stafco to manage their digital marketing budget to get the best possible return on their investment.
Red-fern have developed a site where once Orders are placed, they will receive automated Confirmations, Tracking Details and Invoices to ensure that they are updated on their Order at all times. Redfern also created a Leasing Tool which allows Customers to contact us requesting specific Information, this has been essential to our increased turnover due to many potential Leasing Customers gathering a number of quotes to make their final decision.
There are a number of Products in our range, so the Red-fern Development Team suggested it would be useful to Customers if we created a Product Comparison Tool in Order to help Customers decide which Product would be most suited to them. This has been a huge success and Customer feedback has been positive.
As our Market thrives on repeat Business, we are currently working with Red-fern to develop a Bespoke CRM system which will enable us to store information and target specific Customers based on their buying trends.
Throughout development of the site, Red-fern Media highlighted the importance of regular meetings to help us achieve exactly what we required from our site, and this in turn has doubled our sales in the first quarter alone.
