full-time permanent position
£20,0000 - 26,000 base salary (Dependant on experience)
Potential to build your commission structure
28 days holiday (inc bank holidays)
Flexible working hours
Possibility of working from home
Travel expenses reimbursed (must have your own vehicle)
Interested? Here’s your day to day of the role:
- Creating an unbreakable bond with the marketing team; driving forward as a inbound marketing force!
- Using our CRM (HubSpot) to give the sales process structure and build processes from the ground up
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create captivating sales & marketing collateral; then identifying which content to send to decision makers at different stages of their buying journey
- Working alongside our Social Media Assistant to prospect on social media (A good network of LinkedIn contacts is always beneficial!)
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients - both marketing and web based
- Negotiating deals with clients and maintaining the relationships post-sale
- Learning the inbound marketing philosophy
- Onboarding new business development reps in the future

- Someone that buys into the inbound philosophy - We’re not mindlessly selling, we want to work out if both companies are a fit. It’s the same with our employees.
- We need a BD Executive that’s willing to get stuff done. If you’re willing to work hard, you’ll get your reward.
- We need someone that loves people - someone that can get the office and our customers buzzing about all their new work!
- We want a BD Executive that can challenge us and push our business development process forward!
- We’re always having debates and trying new things, so an open, flexible nature is vital.

This role would suit somebody who is a mid-level BD executive, sales executive or sales focused account executive that wants to progress their career and build a team.
